Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment support for GCCS, GBS, and TROJAN SATCOM.
  • •Support meeting setup, hardware configuration, server administration, and sustainment for VTC.
  • •Perform lower-level IT IMO support: configure and maintain computers, image hard drives, and activate accounts for ~150 workstation systems.
  • •Troubleshoot complex network issues and repair network connectivity across routers, switches, and related telecommunications-room equipment.
  • •Provide operations support for AN/PRC-162 radios in a COIC environment supporting multiple mission programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Active U.S. Government-issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • •Network+ and Security+ certifications.
  • •BA/BS plus 6 years’ experience, AA/AS plus 8 years’ experience, or a high school diploma plus 10 years’ experience in related work.
  • •Cloud/Virtual Desktop Environment (VDE) experience, plus SATCOM, VTC, and tactical radio experience.
  • •Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience using GCCS, GBS, and TROJAN; US passport valid for at least 2 years.
