Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with sales on account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation strategy, and take ownership of technical aspects (discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation).
  • •Proactively generate demand in the territory through technical initiatives and participation in events and account-based marketing.
  • •Foster customer relationships and ensure customer success and satisfaction, while mentoring other Solutions Consulting team members.

Key Requirements

  • •8–11 years of related customer-facing experience, including 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
  • •3+ years professional experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) and/or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
  • •Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems for cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to work with customers on reviewing complex application architectures and advising improvements using technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
