Operations Officer - Payments Investigations

Investigate and resolve payment issues across SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and internal transfers, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure transaction processing. Act as a key liaison between the payments department, correspondent banks, and internal business units, providing updates and coordinating communications. Maintain AML/sanctions/fraud controls, manage exceptions and documentation, reconcile breakages, and support process improvements, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
