Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in their homes as a mobile phlebotomist. Use modern technology to access schedules, chart, and coordinate care via HIPAA-secure messaging. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, support patient comfort during low-acuity diagnostic services (e.g., retina exams and ECGs), and ensure proper labeling and lab drop-off of collected samples. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready for each day’s patient visits.
•Use modern technology to access schedules, commute to patient homes, and prepare patients for care.
•Perform a range of patient-centric, low-acuity diagnostic and preventative services, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
•Properly label collected samples and coordinate drop off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Maintain confidentiality and high clinical standards while delivering comfortable care and coordinating with patients and teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and providing high-quality patient care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Comfortable working with minimal supervision and willing to handle last-minute problem solving in a fast-moving environment.
•State-required licensure/proof of training (or national certification where applicable) plus Basic Life Support, a valid Driver’s License, and current vehicle insurance; must pass national background check and DMV check.
