Production Manager - Indy (2nd shift)

Supervise daily operations at a Carvana vehicle Inspection Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process and leading up to 70 associates through lean manufacturing practices. Drive continuous improvement, associate engagement, and adherence to operating standards to meet quality, production, and cost objectives. Manage staffing needs including recruiting and training, ensure progression and certification processes, and lead problem-solving while maintaining health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.
