Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, with typically 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls (technical school or formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems preferred.
  • •Ability to safely and legally operate equipment and meet physical and PPE requirements for the role.
