Job Function: Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Professional Services systems landscape end-to-end: evaluate, procure, implement, and administer tooling such as Jira and Monday.com.
  • •Audit and diagnose merchant-facing delivery workflows and internal PS systems to identify structural bottlenecks and fix them without waiting for tickets.
  • •Assess third-party platforms against how PS actually works, deciding what to build vs. buy and retiring tools when appropriate.
  • •Architect and deploy production-ready automations, GenAI workflows, and agents to reduce friction in merchant onboarding and delivery handoffs.
  • •Define tooling reporting and translate raw system data into clear, actionable insights while setting standards for data quality, security, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 7 to 10 years in technical operations, systems, or revenue operations with experience scaling delivery infrastructure in fast-growing environments.
  • •Hands-on experience building solutions with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and relational data structures, including shipping solutions using agentic tools and AI coding assistants.
  • •Advanced configuration and administration skills across modern project management tools, enterprise collaboration suites, and automation platforms, with strong understanding of data flows and integration dependencies.
  • •System-thinking ability to assess downstream effects of configuration changes on data integrity and scalability, and to deploy, test, and iterate quickly.
  • •High ownership: take accountability when systems fail, fix root causes, and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
