Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as product owner for one or more core finance business process areas and their supporting systems, running discovery, defining target-state process/system design, owning the roadmap, and measuring success.
  • •Lead complex domain problems without established configuration patterns, such as international expansion complexity (entity, currency, tax, statutory) and new offerings requiring coordinated pricing, billing, and revenue recognition design.
  • •Develop and maintain a holistic architecture strategy for the finance applications ecosystem, including system boundaries, data movement, and integrations/handoffs with adjacent systems like Workday and Salesforce.
  • •Eliminate manual work by replacing spreadsheets, manual entry, and email-based approvals with configuration, automated workflows, and integrations; evaluate new functionality for best fit.
  • •Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite and related spend and revenue workflows (Zip intake/approvals, Ramp and Brex cards, Metronome usage ingestion and invoicing logic), and identify AI/automation opportunities with measurable impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on experience as a finance systems professional, including 5+ years of direct NetSuite experience with complex global, multi-entity, multi-currency configuration.
  • •Product owner or product manager experience in at least one core finance business process area (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and/or record-to-report), including discovery and roadmap ownership through delivery.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technology teams, including mentoring peers or serving as an escalation point for hard problems.
  • •Ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes process problems without an existing playbook, including international expansion and multi-entity/multi-currency complexity or new revenue/pricing/billing situations.
  • •Experience with change management and testing/regression/UAT planning, segregation of duties, and regulatory requirements while increasing efficiencies.
