Job Summary

Produce high-level, industry-relevant conference programmes with a focus on the tech or gaming sectors. Manage speaker engagement and onsite show order, keeping speaker databases current and coordinating with Marketing on creative briefs. Conduct market research and develop new conference ideas through expert meetings and tele-research, working closely with sales and exhibition leadership to enhance the overall conference portfolio. Mentor other producers and run post-show analyses to improve future events.

•Produce high-level, relevant industry conference programmes and manage conference tracks.
•Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies to support conference programme development.
•Engage recommended speakers, confirm attendance, and maintain an up-to-date speaker database.
•Prepare and communicate creative brief documents to the Marketing team and support leads for the sponsorship team.
•Assist with onsite duties, mentor other conference producers, and conduct post-show analysis.
