Resettlement (Preferred Communities) Specialist- 2025782

Provide intensive Preferred Communities program case management for newly arrived refugees and other eligible individuals with acute vulnerabilities. Manage a caseload of 20–25 clients, create individualized Self-Sufficiency Plans, and coordinate medical, mental health, and community referrals to support integration and 12-month self-sufficiency goals. Supervise interns, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with partners in the Triangle area while leading through World Relief’s Christian values.
