•Drive internal and external communication to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
•Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve application solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application engineering with a focus on customization and innovation projects.
•Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles to clarify technical questions effectively.
•Proven ability to organize and lead team workshops for innovation ideation and collaboration.
•Data analysis skills to support solution development and project decision-making.
