Seeking a Litigation Counsel to manage global litigation matters for Cloudflare, advising on intellectual property, contracts, regulatory issues, and labour matters. Work with internal legal teams and outside counsel, coordinate across jurisdictions, and help shape Cloudflare’s approach to intermediary liability and AI-related legal strategy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
