Lead the development of Fit-and-Go sound delivery systems and acoustic coupling solutions for Sonova’s hearing instruments, translating customer needs and ear anatomy into scalable, manufacturable platforms. Drive concept-to-release execution in collaboration with cross-functional engineering and industrialization partners, and build a high-performing global team. Balance hearing performance, comfort, discretion, durability, and usability while strengthening product differentiation and customer satisfaction across multiple brands.
