Key Responsibilities

  • •Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery
  • •Design, develop, train, evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions
  • •Work with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation)
  • •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products
  • •Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 30,000 - 35,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in a STEM discipline obtained within the last year or currently in progress
  • •Programming experience in Python, Typescript, and JavaScript
  • •Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, fluent in English (B2+)
  • •Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
