  • •Identify, contain, and manage programmatic and technical risks across business pursuit and program implementation.
  • •Lead multi-functional problem resolution and continuous improvement activities emphasizing 8D, Six Sigma, Lean, and critical thinking methods.
  • •Manage Internal First Article Inspections (FAIs) and guide performance using predictive and proactive metrics; support design-to-production verification and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and five (5) years of engineering experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations, including knowledge of strategic planning through production, test, acceptance, and/or post-delivery support.
  • •Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • •Working experience with industry and government quality requirements and standards.
  • •Working experience applying Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methods and predictive/proactive performance measures/metrics; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
