Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop complex instructional materials and resources using blended learning, microlearning, and other learning methods.
  • •Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences.
  • •Assist the Training Program Manager with training projects from conception to completion, aligning with organizational learning goals.
  • •Manage end-to-end training programs, including needs assessment, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation.
  • •Support organizational learning effectiveness through mentoring and, case-by-case, provide a demo/facilitation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience in a related area.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning).
  • •Experience applying learning evaluation methods (e.g., surveys, assessments, performance metrics) to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • •Strong portfolio of learning materials created using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
  • •Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) administration and reporting, plus strong organizational and project management skills.
