Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customer technical teams to analyze and understand current DevSecOps/CI/CD/Policy governance tools and processes
  • •Architect and implement an optimized Harness setup for integration, scale, and repeatability
  • •Interface with customer executives to align technical goals with business objectives and map success criteria to business requirements
  • •Document and implement onboarding processes and contribute to internal enablement and reference patterns
  • •Collaborate with Pre-sales and Post-sales to ensure customer success and high satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in CS or Computer Engineering-related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • •2+ years of experience with DevOps and including some of Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Gitlab, Bamboo, TeamCity, TravisCI, Bitbucket, Jira, ServiceNow, Helm, Kustomize, PCF, OpenShift, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux, Python, Bash, Powershell, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Instana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Sumo Logic
  • •Experience delivering custom solutions to customers of all sizes (external customer-facing experience a plus)
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and analytical
