Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Housing Operations with managing housing and logistical needs for new and returning residential communities.
  • •Coordinate housing logistics for all students each semester, ensuring living areas are readied and other departments are notified in a timely manner.
  • •Represent student specialty groups (e.g., Student Disability Services, athletics, graduate students, international students, honors students) by coordinating, tracking, and ensuring housing services meet specific needs.
  • •Collect, maintain, update, and track student housing data with integrity, and prepare and create reports.
  • •Analyze student housing entries for eligibility and follow established processes for evictions, cancellations, and room switches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.19 hourly

  • •Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited institution.
  • •Occasionally work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimal and scheduled ahead of time).
