Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product cost strategy by developing and communicating structural cost targets for Server & Storage programs from concept through planning.
  • •Deliver cost analysis, Technology Tax assessments, and design-to-value/cost insights at both component and system levels.
  • •Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities through product development, procurement strategies, and competitive teardown activities.
  • •Partner across Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and Product Management to manage complex, high-priority programs from design through delivery.
  • •Analyze emerging market and technology trends and translate them into actionable cost strategies, presenting recommendations from working-level to executive reviews.

Salary: USD 147,900 - 191,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in engineering, procurement, product cost management, or a related technical field.
  • •At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product design or engineering environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and competing priorities.
  • •Strong communication and influencing skills to guide diverse teams toward alignment without direct authority.
