Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise a team of primarily entry and intermediate technicians/business support employees and determine assignment approaches.
  • •Set day-to-day team goals and objectives; prepare, update, and monitor performance metrics to meet business objectives.
  • •Perform capacity planning for staffing and resources, adjusting and executing recovery plans as needed.
  • •Participate in hiring and personnel actions (e.g., transfers, promotions, salary actions, terminations) and support project management.
  • •Support quality and regulatory compliance by driving root cause/corrective actions, obtaining certifications, reviewing documentation changes, and coordinating technical/on-the-job training.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •2+ years of proven experience in a leadership or management role with direct responsibility for developing a team of direct reports.
  • •English proficiency, including evidence of English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex spreadsheet analysis, pivot tables, and data visualization for performance and capacity planning.
  • •Experience in electronics/technology-driven industries and/or MRO roles with aviation regulatory standards is preferred.
