Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage the project risk management process aligned with client requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update the project risk register with accurate risks, opportunities, mitigation actions, owners, due dates, and statuses.
  • •Facilitate risk identification workshops and regular risk review meetings with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • •Assess risks across scope, cost, schedule, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, quality, safety, and stakeholder interfaces using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • •Monitor key risks and early warning indicators, escalate critical risks, and prepare executive risk reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for leadership review.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in risk management, project controls, project management, or construction management on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience working on data centers, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project risk management principles across identification, assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, escalation, and reporting.
  • •Proficiency with risk management tools, including Monte Carlo simulation and integrated cost-schedule risk methodologies (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, @RISK, Acumen Risk).
