Job Summary

Lead project risk management for a large-scale data center program in Dubai, partnering with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders. Implement and run the risk management process, maintain the risk register and mitigation trackers, and facilitate risk workshops and review meetings. Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments (including Monte Carlo and cost-schedule risk), monitor early warning indicators, and produce executive risk reporting to support schedule, cost, procurement, and delivery decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and manage the project risk management process aligned with client requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices.
•Develop, maintain, and update the project risk register with accurate risks, opportunities, mitigation actions, owners, due dates, and statuses.
•Facilitate risk identification workshops and regular risk review meetings with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
•Assess risks across scope, cost, schedule, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, quality, safety, and stakeholder interfaces using qualitative and quantitative methods.
•Monitor key risks and early warning indicators, escalate critical risks, and prepare executive risk reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for leadership review.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in risk management, project controls, project management, or construction management on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related technical field.
•Experience working on data centers, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
•Strong knowledge of project risk management principles across identification, assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, escalation, and reporting.
•Proficiency with risk management tools, including Monte Carlo simulation and integrated cost-schedule risk methodologies (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, @RISK, Acumen Risk).
