Job Summary

Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) as a day-to-day system administrator, helping optimize and scale CLM workflows and user access. Build dashboards and reports using legal system data to track KPIs and improve data quality. Pilot and implement AI/automation initiatives, evaluate new tools, perform UAT, and troubleshoot integrations with Digital/IT teams. Drive process improvement across contract and legal operations through cross-functional project work.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as day-to-day CLM support for contract intake, workflow routing, templates, clause libraries, user access, reporting, and contract data quality.
•Develop dashboards and reports on legal metrics and KPIs, leveraging data across legal and other systems.
•Pilot, implement, and optimize AI and automation tools to streamline legal workflows; evaluate technologies and help drive adoption via UAT.
•Own technical readiness by understanding CLM system architecture, data flows, integrations, permissions, and workflow dependencies; troubleshoot issues with Digital/IT.
•Identify and implement process improvements across contract/legal operations by documenting current/future processes and strengthening best practices.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, business operations, systems support, data analytics, or related operational roles.
•2+ years of experience gathering data analytics, creating reports, and developing dashboards to track KPIs.
•Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, accounting, finance, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
