Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with EMEA GTM leadership and account teams to design and drive the technical GTM and adoption strategy for large-scale EDW migrations.
  • •Architect and continuously refine scalable migration processes, including detailed technical guides for field teams and partners.
  • •Maintain and enhance automated assessment tools derived from customer engagements.
  • •Serve as the tier-3 escalation point for highly complex, strategic, or stalled migrations in must-win accounts.
  • •Mentor and coach the EMEA Solutions Architects community to scale the presales migration practice.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, architect, or consulting roles influencing technical executives and driving database modernization strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of legacy data warehouse and modernization architectures (e.g., Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata).
  • •Expertise in Lakehouse architecture with hands-on experience using Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
  • •Ability to scope and guide migrations from EDW to the Data Intelligence Platform capabilities.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and implementing big data architectures in major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
