Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multidisciplinary design development from concept through IFC.
  • •Coordinate CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security, and other technical disciplines.
  • •Lead design coordination meetings and track resulting actions, including RFIs, design comments, submittals, and technical clarifications.
  • •Review design packages for technical compliance, completeness, coordination, and constructability; identify and drive timely resolution of clashes and interface gaps.
  • •Monitor design deliverables against schedules, manage design changes during construction, and support testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout from a design perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design development and coordination through concept, design development, and IFC stages.
  • •Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security, and other major building systems.
  • •Strong technical drawing interpretation and design review capabilities, including managing RFIs, submittals, design comments, and clarifications.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; plus constructability review and design risk management experience.
