Drive data management, verification (DRC/LVS), and automation to enhance design flow while leading up to 20 engineers and coordinating with design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Foundry Layout/CAD team enabling MMIC/RFIC design by creating layouts (Cadence Virtuoso) to engineering specifications
•Maintain and improve layout data management, data verification (DRC, LVS), and automation to accelerate design flow
•Ensure high-quality layout data, build reticles, and manage photomask procurement processes
•Perform data checks, documentation, and peer reviews; communicate effectively with design and production teams
•Manage and develop the team and provide leadership at department/directorate levels

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) field
•Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in semiconductor MMIC layout and CAD
•Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
•Experience leading a team of engineers (up to ~20) and developing strong staff through career guidance
•Proficiency with Cadence tools (Cadence Virtuoso) and photomask processes is preferred
