Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coordinate, and deploy labor, equipment, and resources for gas transmission, compression, storage, and production activities in an assigned geographic area.
  • •Administer and interpret applicable federal and state regulations and safety standards, including OSHA and DOT regulations and State Gas Safety Code requirements.
  • •Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and related company standards, policies, and practices.
  • •Develop and lead a trained, productive, diverse team-focused workforce using the Management Operating System; plan, schedule, monitor, and control work.
  • •Supervise operating activities and manage budgets for O&M and construction, including budget preparation, monitoring, and ongoing review/forecasting to meet goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of natural gas production, transmission, compression, storage, or related construction experience, or Associate degree/certificate with 3+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in the same domain.
  • •Proficiency with business unit-related software applications sufficient to use with minimal instruction.
  • •Security screening and successful passage of initial and potential random subsequent drug testing.
  • •Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels inside and outside the corporation.
  • •Ability to travel and report for work at different locations as needed for priority/emergency response activities.
