•Define, lead and evolve our AI Transformation Offer, from strategy through implementation, ensuring client value and delivery excellence.
•Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, identifying opportunities for AI that drive significant business impact and guiding clients on their AI journey.
•Oversee initiatives focusing on Agentic AI, exploring autonomous intelligent systems to solve real-world problems.
•Advise clients on building robust Data Strategies and implementing effective Data Governance frameworks for data quality, security and compliance.
•Champion AI Ethics and Responsible AI throughout engagements, ensuring fair, transparent, and accountable solutions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a leadership role within AI/Data consulting with a track record delivering large-scale AI transformation projects.
•Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts and applications.
•Extensive experience developing and implementing Data Strategies and Data Governance frameworks.
•Solid understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles and their practical application.
•Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop technical teams.
