Goods In Supervisor

Ensure day-to-day goods-in operations run to standard by following processes, managing workload, and keeping KPIs current to support on-time customer delivery within budget. Lead and coach the team to achieve targets, escalate issues, and focus on root-cause problem elimination. Plan resources and holidays, train staff to required competence levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen events at the Ellesmere Port site.
