Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the day-to-day client interface for a mission-critical data center program, delivering cost management that keeps projects on time and within budget. Own detailed cost planning and estimates through design and delivery, produce monthly executive cost reporting, and validate cost information across design, GC, subs, and vendors. Lead procurement and commercial negotiations, manage change control, and drive cost/risk analysis using cost-schedule-scope coordination and Earned Value Management where applicable.
