Infrastructure Engineer

Design and maintain distributed systems and core infrastructure for the WorkOS platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance at production scale. Build and optimize backend services in TypeScript, evolve infrastructure using AWS and Infrastructure as Code, and develop internal tools and shared infrastructure for engineers. Partner with product engineering on architecture decisions, participate in on-call, and help improve systems through documentation, design reviews, and thoughtful collaboration.
