•Act as the dedicated technical advisor for customers leveraging Akamai Core Compute, Edge Compute, and Qualified Compute Partner solutions
•Develop a deep understanding of customer environments, objectives, architectures, and workload requirements to tailor solutions
•Create and execute customer success plans that drive adoption, retention, business value, and long-term growth
•Advise customers on cloud compute strategies, workload placement, scalability, performance optimization, and operational best practices
•Guide customers on AI inferencing opportunities and align infrastructure with business outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 96,400 - 173,600 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

•Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, application hosting, networking and modern compute environments
•Experience advising customers on cloud adoption, workload optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
•Knowledge of AI inferencing, generative AI technologies, or emerging agentic AI use cases and architectures
