Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up and run platform infrastructure, including CI/CD, multi-cloud deployment, observability baselines, and the daily-deploy pipeline.
  • •Own CI/CD practices such as trunk-based delivery, daily production deploys, and PR-to-staging workflows.
  • •Implement infrastructure-as-code for everything and use cloud-agnostic deployment templates for multi-cloud.
  • •Maintain observability, monitoring baselines, and an uptime-first mindset with on-call rotation.
  • •Drive safe deployment practices using canary/progressive rollouts, feature flags, and instant rollback.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years DevOps/platform experience with deep GCP and real multi-cloud production workloads across at least two clouds.
  • •Strong infrastructure-as-code mindset using Terraform-class IaC with reviewable, repeatable, destroyable, rebuildable workflows.
  • •Experience running daily-deploy, trunk-based CI/CD for high-cadence teams.
  • •Coding ability with Go or Python tooling (not just YAML).
  • •Strong networking and monitoring/uptime skills, including protocols (e.g., TCP/UDP, TLS, HTTP/2, WebSocket, DNS) plus metrics/logs/traces and alerting baselines.
