Key Responsibilities

•Lead the operational performance of the vertical by monitoring and optimizing key metrics (Starting Time, Picking Time, Delivery Time, Lates, Awaiting Time).
•Audit and improve prep-time setting logic to ensure achievable delivery promises.
•Adjust and streamline the picking and packing flow end-to-end to identify root causes of failed orders and implement corrective actions.
•Develop and implement innovative processes for continuous improvement of picking and packing (store layouts, multipicking, cart scales, fixed pickers, new carts, zone/bouring optimizations, label printing).
•Build and maintain robust dashboards to visualize real-time business status and identify top offenders by branch; coordinate with other areas to advance projects.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in similar roles (Performance Operations, Supply Chain, Workforce Management).
•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (essential).
•Experience with data visualization tools (DataStudio/Tableau).
•Experience with shift management software (e.g., Orquest) is desirable.
•Experience with Generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for process automation and data analysis.
