Job Summary

Serve as the primary customer-facing technical leader for Temporal’s Banking team in APJ (India). Partner with prospects and customers to assess technical fit, educate teams on Temporal’s platform and cloud benefits, and position Temporal against competing architectures. Drive adoption and expansion in production environments by nurturing relationships with technical decision-makers and collaborating with Account Executives to scope and execute account plans.

•Educate customers and prospects on Temporal’s platform and cloud service technical benefits and limitations.
•Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
•Foster adoption and expansion of Temporal in customer production environments.
•Partner with Account Executives and manage relationships with technical decision-makers to ensure customers leverage Temporal’s capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Reside in Bangalore, India.

•Experience with at least one major cloud provider and production operational considerations (security, reliability, performance, cost, and operations).
