Job Summary

Deliver a high-quality client experience by completing routine and more complex banking transactions accurately while keeping records and handling cash properly. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales through outbound calling and identifying client needs, partnering with branch teams and specialists. Play a key role in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), new account support, compliance, and ongoing product and sales training.

•Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and referring or fulfilling client needs and opportunities.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
