Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach for an outstanding consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Assist store management with training and coaching staff on LS&Co selling practices and authentic customer service.
  • •Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and driving key store initiatives.
  • •Help maintain operational excellence by supporting product to floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
  • •Ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience while meeting store and individual performance goals.
