Teller Manager

Manage and supervise Teller operations and sales activities, ensuring prompt customer service and daily balance of cash drawers. Lead escalated teller and advanced customer inquiries, coach staff on sales, referrals, and service excellence, and oversee operational standards including cash security, counterfeit detection, vault and ATM cash management. Train and schedule tellers, model confidentiality and risk controls, communicate with branch and bank leadership, and represent the bank in marketing and community events.
