Job Summary

Design, build, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platforms solutions across client engagements, from planning through delivery and ongoing support. Lead technical delivery and mentor technical teams, translating business requirements into CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations. Oversee API and RESTful services work, manage version control and CI/CD deployments, and coordinate CRM data migrations to ensure high-quality releases and solution stability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platforms (including Copilot) solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
•Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
•Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•Oversee CRM customization (entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins) and provide technical direction for integrations.
•Manage version control and deployments using Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), including CRM data migrations (SSIS or KingswaySoft) and solution packaging.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Online Platforms such as Sales or Customer Service) and Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
•Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, and JavaScript, including integration via REST APIs and SFTP/SSIS.
•Experience managing teams, providing technical coaching, and owning delivery outcomes.
•Ability to ensure consistency across multiple environments by managing configurations, deployment strategies, and automation/customization.
•Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear terms for stakeholders.
