Job Summary

Protect people, customers, and assets as part of the Safe and Secure team by managing entrance/exit gate procedures, documenting vehicle movement, and performing routine patrols of inspection center and logistics areas. You’ll de-escalate incidents, follow incident response protocols, support inventory control procedures, and use the Safe and Secure Application and RFID technology. Training and certification on first aid, CPR, and AED are provided, alongside collaboration with team leads for badge creation and CCTV review support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and document the movement of cars into and out of inspection center entrance/exit gates.
•Serve as the face of Carvana for associates, vendors, and visitors while enforcing egress/digress protocols.
•Conduct routine patrols of inspection center and logistics facility yards and buildings, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Respond to requests related to badge creation and CCTV review in partnership with the Safe and Secure leadership team.
•Promote incident readiness by following the Incident Response Protocol, de-escalating situations, and executing facility Safe and Secure principles.
