Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead master production planning, material processes, and planning systems.
  • •Prepare, maintain, and update production schedules and purchasing requirements.
  • •Ensure execution aligns with the approved production plan and KPIs, optimizing inventory while supporting flexibility and delivery commitments.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between Logistics, Sales, Materials, and Production; align demand, supply, and capacity constraints.
  • •Track manufacturing progress, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to expedite material flow, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
  • •3+ years of leadership experience managing planning, materials, scheduling, or supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and demand planning.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
