Key Responsibilities

•Lead international GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory tax provisions across Elasticians and external auditors.
•Ensure compliance with SOX controls and reporting as a public company.
•Oversee external consultants to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, R&D credit studies, foreign tax returns, Pillar 2, and transfer pricing compliance.
•Coordinate and manage compliance audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
•Support tax projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, tax planning, and legal entity assessment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 72,800 - 115,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Tax provision experience under US GAAP required and IFRS strongly preferred.
•Experience in managing tax compliance required.
•Bachelor’s degree in accountancy. CPA and/or MS in Tax strongly preferred.
•5+ years of progressive, proven experience across both industry and large accounting firms working with global companies.
•Experience with NetSuite, OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Uncertain Tax Position.
