Recruitment Lead

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for the Alabang site, overseeing recruiters to ensure standardized processes meet hiring needs. Analyze staffing requirements and recruitment financials, recommend sourcing improvements, and decide effective strategies (e.g., job fairs, online sourcing, referrals). Partner with line-of-business stakeholders, procurement and vendors, and US counterparts, while providing people management, coaching, and team performance oversight.
