Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface, providing leadership and direction for cost management delivery.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Coordinate cost information sources, reconcile changes, and help ensure contractor data accuracy for cost estimate updates.
  • •Monitor project costs, manage financial risks, and run cost checks, valuations, and cost variances/change-control processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports for the client, negotiate final accounts, and mentor/coach talent while supporting process improvements and cost modeling tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong construction consultancy experience and knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
