Job Summary

Provide senior internal support for Atlas Technica’s IT infrastructure, partnering with the internal infrastructure team to maintain and troubleshoot systems and endpoints. Support Microsoft 365 and core identity services (Entra ID, Intune), Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 (Active Directory, Group Policy). Manage migrations and deployments from proof-of-concept to production, including VOIP and email security moves, while working in an MSP-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support internal systems including Azure AVD, endpoints, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and the company VOIP system.
•Provide end user/desktop support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and desktop/mobile device troubleshooting.
•Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers) and support Microsoft 365 stack services.
•Support and execute data/platform migrations (e.g., email security and VOIP) and on-prem/hybrid to cloud migrations.
•Take deployments from proof-of-concept to production, collaborating with the internal infrastructure team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of IT experience/administration.
•Advanced PowerShell skills, including scripting.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•End user/desktop support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and desktop/mobile device troubleshooting.
•Systems administration knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain controllers.
