Purchasing Assistant Team Leader

Lead and mentor a team of Purchasing Coordinators to run pan-European purchasing operations across key categories. Own inbound category operations—supplier performance, forecasting, procurement, and delivery tracking—while driving KPI accountability for OTIF, waste mitigation, ASN compliance, and customer error reduction. Partner with international supply chain cluster teams on daily governance, manage risks through reporting, and continuously improve processes by proposing tooling enhancements and standardized SOPs.
