Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a vehicle in accordance with applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and timely while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas; follow loading crew signals.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading using specialized equipment and return equipment to designated areas.
  • •Maintain delivery paperwork (invoices and bills of lading) and perform routine truck service checks, reporting maintenance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight.
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state DOT regulations.
  • •Pass a DOT physical (trucks driven are over 10k lbs).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
  • •Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and remain focused in a busy environment.
