Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage IT incidents by assessing impact and urgency, coordinating recovery actions, and providing lifecycle status updates.
  • •Collaborate with system owners on root-cause analysis and remediation/improvement plans with milestones and governance.
  • •Maintain and apply local IT risk management procedures aligned with the control environment.
  • •Ensure technology risk practices satisfy regulatory expectations and internal audit requirements with auditable evidence and traceability.
  • •Prepare regulatory risk assessment and gap analysis for cyber security and electronic banking systems, and manage the technology risk issue register for timely closure.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Over 6 years of experience in a relevant IT discipline.
  • •Prior exposure to cybersecurity and/or the financial services industry is desirable.
  • •Strong incident analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good understanding of ITIL, SLA, OLA, and IT Cyber Security.
