Principal Engineer – Mine Development

Provide senior technical leadership and engineering oversight for underground mine development at Oyu Tolgoi, including excavation, infrastructure development, and contractor-managed project delivery. Partner with operations, projects, and technical services to ensure safe, efficient outcomes aligned to long-term business objectives. Act as a senior technical mentor to build Mongolian engineering capability through coaching, training, knowledge transfer, and succession planning within an owner’s team environment.
