Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn abstract ideas into representations at the right fidelity (sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and prototypes) to gather feedback and align the product team.
  • •Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, defending data-based rationales behind design decisions.
  • •Create mobile-first adaptive and responsive designs for workflows across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • •Plan and lead cross-functional product team collaborations, using storytelling to align on shared product vision.
  • •Coach design discovery, design vision, and design delivery processes, including evaluative and generative research and usability testing.

Key Requirements

  • •9–14 years of UX design experience in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • •Master’s degree in Design, Product Design, or Interaction/Experience Design.
  • •Strong portfolio showing user-centered design work (storytelling, sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, journey maps, and wireframes).
  • •Excellence in written and verbal communication for user, product team, and stakeholder presentations.
  • •Experience using AI-powered design and development tools to drive efficiency and velocity.
