Key Responsibilities

•Establish and evolve an Agile-based IT PMO methodology across IT, ensuring projects follow consistent PM practices and SDLC governance with gate control.
•Serve as Agile Coach and transformation lead, partnering with delivery leaders to mature SAFe practices across IT teams and define KPIs and maturity models.
•Collaborate with Finance on IT budget management, leading IT budget planning, forecasting, and variance management, and driving transparency on IT spend.
•Define and execute the IT vendor strategy, oversee vendor performance and SLAs, manage contract governance and renewal cycles, and rationalize the IT vendor portfolio.
•Design and run IT demand intake and enterprise IT portfolio management; establish IT change management COE using ADKAR and support CIO operating rhythm and OKR tracking.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in PMO, IT operations, or chief of staff roles in a large/complex enterprise.
•Experience standing up or transforming an IT PMO, intake, or portfolio function.
•Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Agile transformation at scale.
•Strong financial acumen, including experience managing $100M+ IT budgets and partnering with Finance/FP&A.
•Proven vendor management, sourcing strategy, and contract governance experience.
